Terms of service

These terms explain how Cheap Backorder presents managed backorders, alert services, billing, and support to customers using the platform.

Service scope

Cheap Backorder offers paid domain monitoring, alert-only services, and managed backorder handling for domains that are not currently available. Availability, timing, and registrar outcomes can never be guaranteed because release windows depend on third-party registries, registrars, and the current domain owner.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown before checkout. Managed backorders and alert services become active only after payment is confirmed. Paid services are non-refundable once payment has been captured, including cases where a domain is not ultimately secured for the customer.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must keep their account email address, billing details, and any required registrant information accurate. Where a domain is successfully secured, the customer remains responsible for transfer, renewal, nameserver, and compliance choices made through their account.

Support and communication

Operational updates, billing notices, verification codes, and support replies may be sent by email to the address linked to the account. Questions about the service can be raised through the support form or by emailing [email protected].

Suspension and security

We may pause or limit access where abuse, fraud, suspicious traffic, or repeated failed verification attempts create a security risk to the platform or other customers. Unverified new accounts may be removed after repeated failed email-verification attempts.
