Privacy
This notice explains what customer data the platform uses, why it is used, and which rights account holders can exercise from inside the service.
We store the details needed to run the service, such as your name, email address, sign-in records, support requests, pricing and order history, shared-account memberships, and the domain services you place through the platform.
We use account and order data to provide sign-in security, send verification codes and transactional emails, take payment, monitor requested domains, manage support cases, and maintain billing and audit records for the services you request.
Signed-in users can request a private JSON export of their own data and can remove their login from the service from the account privacy controls. You can also contact [email protected] if you need help with access, correction, deletion, or other data-rights questions. We aim to handle privacy and subject-access requests without undue delay and normally within one month.
Private JSON exports expire automatically after 48 hours. When you delete your login, the service removes or anonymizes personal access data, cancels pending domain requests tied to your login, and keeps only the minimum operational history needed to protect shared account records and billing trails.
If you are based in the United Kingdom and believe your personal information has been handled incorrectly, you can raise the issue with us first at [email protected] and you also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
